He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stanfield and Bessie Mae Stanfield Jenkins; and his brothers, Jackie Stanfield and Jimmie Lee Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Herndon Stanfield; his daughters, Jennifer Stanfield Bordelon (Stan) of Sanford, Sharon Stanfield Gibson (David) of Walterboro and April Stanfield of Charleston; his siblings, Milton Jenkins (Esther) of Walterboro and Myrtle Ann Davis of Summerville; his grandchildren, Alishia Fields, Paul, Garrett, Emma, Anna Caroline Bordelon, Hannah and Kaleb Gibson; and his great grandchild Dalilah.
