He was predeceased by: his spouse Jeanette Barrineau Baxley; and his parents, Norman Baxley and Lucille Tant Baxley Quarterman. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Miller (Tom) of Charleston and Keri Ann Benton (Randy) of Johns Island; and his grandchildren, Danielle Miller, Morgan Baird (Cody), Dalton Benton, Connor Benton and Deirdre Kinard.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that the memorial contributions be directed to the charity of one's choice.
