He is survived by: his wife Linda Stokes Cook of Walterboro, SC; his children, Leroy Cook, Jr. (Tuesday) of Houston, TX, Lynette Grider (Lee) of Savannah, GA and Leslie Barwick (Milton) of Walterboro; his grandchildren, Leroy S. Cook, Ryan C. Cook, Adreana Zachary, Khalysta Cook, Jessica King, Gabriel Buckner and Katelyn Barwick; his great grandchild Elizabeth Grace Stephens; and his siblings, J. C. Cook (Gail) of Walterboro and Mary Parkes of Walterboro.
