He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest James and Frances Rose Scelia Calcagni; and his son Romolo James Calcagni, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Ernest James Calcagni, II of New York; and his sister Mary H. Leary of Florida. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and extended family.
