We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 85, Helen Marie Whittle Gunnells of Warrenville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William Ralph Gunnells; her parents, Ernest Whittle and Leona Leopard Whittle; her children, Ricky Gunnells and Karen Enlow; and her sister Patsy Kaney.

She is survived by : her children, Pam (Dale Lamb), Kim (Danny Anderson), Perry (Wyndel Gunnells), Mikey (Janet Gunnells), Bonnie (Terry Taylor) and Bobbie Williams; her brother Ernest A. Whittle; her grandchildren, Justin (Christa Anderson), Lance (Paige Durden), Jeffery (Shannon Anderson), Lauren (Ben Hanna), Matthew (Sara Anderson), Wil (Allye Lamb), Jennifer (Shawn Slawson), Jordan (Mandy Taylor) and Josh Taylor; and her pet Jake. She is also survived by her thirteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church (3755 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Warrenville, SC 29851). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
