He is survived by: his wife Judith Platter Wisser; his children, Jason William Wisser of Milton, PA, Christopher Robert Parsons of Uniontown, PA, Julie Ann Thomas of Charlotte, NC and Tracy Marie Parsons of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and his siblings, David Wisser of Allentown, PA, John Wisser of Slatington, PA and Karen Mulholland of Reading, PA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
