He was predeceased by: his parents, Leila Phillips and Nicodemus Cooley; his siblings, Jeanette Watkins, Lillie Hunt, Mary Hinton, Wilma West, Irene Kelly, Thomas, Leland, Marvin, Ray, Carlos and James Cooley; and his grandson Brian Cooley.
He is survived by: his children, Janice C. Landreth, Keith Cooley (Beth), Terry Cooley and Joey Cooley (Denise); his grandchildren, April McJunkin (Chris), Lewis Landreth, Jason Cooley (Hollie), Angel Brightly, Ashley Vaughn (JoJo), Austin Cooley, Chris Cooley, Haley Hendrick, Marissa Rushton and Kinley Cooley; and his siblings, Virginia King and Wilton Cooley. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
