It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Roy Clark Jr. of Waterloo, South Carolina, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roy Clark, Sr. and Lucy Thelma Rawls Clark; and his siblings, Manley Clark, Fred Clark, Winifred Gregory and Norma Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Rudy Clark (Patsy), Rick Clark (Reene), Ronnie Clark (Cathy), Rusty Clark (Bonnie), Renee Dennin (John) and Robyn Robertson (Buster). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Cooper Veterans Cemetery (140 Inway Dr, Anderson, SC 29621). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
