It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jayne Mathers of Wellford, South Carolina, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ethel Leora Lyons Glew and Lee Oscar Glew; and her husband Melvin Earl Mathers. She is survived by : her children, Arnet C Mathers (Judy) of Maine and Sonja L Eberhart (Charles) of Wellford; her granddaughters, Ellen Eberhart (Zi Chen) and SaraJayne Eberhart; her great grandchildren, Rosalina Eberhart and Nathan Eberhart-Chen of North Carolina; and her grandsons, Jody Prince of South Africa, Emile Prince of South Africa, Robin Prince of South Africa and Stafford Bomester (Olivia) of South Africa.
