With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Eugene Huggins of Wellford, South Carolina, born in Inman, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ina Myree Huggins (DeGross) and Emanuel Alden Huggins; his daughters, Ashley Huggins and Sara Marie Huggins; and his brother David Huggins.

He is survived by : his wife Cindy Huggins (Large); his sons, Daniel Huggins of Wellford, SC and Michael Huggins of Wellford, SC; and his sisters, Sue Howard of Greer, SC, Rose Cannon of Wellford, SC and Sharon Taylor of Pennsylvania.
