It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clayton Houchins of Wellford, South Carolina, born in Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Ellen Frances Smith Houchins; his parents, Clayton Lee and Gladys Lowry Houchins; and his granddaughter Hannah Marie Sobeski. He is survived by : his children, Deborah Ellen "Debbie" Sobeski (Mickey) of Roebuck, SC and Clayton Leon Houchins, Jr. (Hope) of Boiling Springs, SC; and his grandsons, Michael Sobeski (Emily), Andrew Sobeski (Bekah) and Caleb Cabiness. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
