He is survived by : his wife Fannie Lou Cooper Bailey; his son Scott Bailey (Cindy); his grandchildren, Brandi Bailey, Timmy Young and Chris Young (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Ansley, Cash, Haylee and Kimber Young.
