We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2018, at the age of 74, Roger Slay Middaugh (Wellford, South Carolina), born in Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother-in-law Janice Miley. He is survived by : his friend Carol; his wife Carol Middaugh; his daughters, Wendy Listebarger (Steven Cole) and Kelly Patino (Sam); his grandchildren, Ryan Listebarger (Laura), Jessica Kohler (Shawn), Logan Patino and McCoy Patino; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Jayden Slay and Chase Kohler. He is also survived by 1 brother; 3 sisters.
