He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daniel and Esther Mae Williams Shealy; and his siblings, Gladys Shealy, David Shealy and Tommy Shealy.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Anthony Shealy (Beverly), Kenneth Mark Shealy (Christina) and Steven Allen Shealy (Becky). He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; as well as 24 nieces and nephews.
