She is survived by: her son Roger D. Rowe; her daughter-in-law Mitchalene; her grandchildren, Stephen Rowe and Angela Rowe; and her great grandchildren, Stephen Douglas Rowe Jr., Kaylin D. Rowe and Piper Rowe.
