With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda Zoe Poplin of West Columbia, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa R. Gossett and Danola Greer Gossett; and her siblings, Linda Messick, Dennis Gossett, Owen Gossett, Keith Gossett and Kenneth Gossett.

She is survived by: her husband Henry Poplin (Hank); her brother Asa R. Gossett, Jr. (Susan); and her sons, Curtis Poplin and Shaun Poplin.

Brenda was able to give the gift of life by way of organ donation.
