He was predeceased by: his sister Fran Bundrick Wadford. He is survived by: his son James M. "Bo" Bundrick, III (Christie) of Virginia; his brother Michael B. Bundrick (Margie) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Katie Bundrick and Jacob Bundrick; and his nephews, Brannon Wadford, Chad Bundrick and Dustin Bundrick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, 1235 South Clark St., Ste. 910, Arlington VA.
