He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Staggs and Minnie Turner Staggs; his wife Betty R. Wilson Staggs; his siblings, Charles Staggs, Jr. and Sarah Kathryn; and his sons, Mikie Staggs and Randy Staggs.
He is survived by : his daughter Donna Burrell (Mike); his grandchildren, Courtney Kessler (Brad) and Staton Burrell; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Kessler and Maggie Kessler.
