She was predeceased by : her parents, Lucius Archibald Watts and Grace Elizabeth Watts; and her husband Theodore Arthur Mills. She is survived by : her children, Ted Mills, Jr. (Jamie) of Columbia, Patricia Zeigler (Carl) of Elloree, Gerald Mills (Phyllis) of Branchville and Diane Bradley (Bill) of Abilene, Texas; and her sisters, June Wilbanks of Lexington and Tarzie Backman of Norway. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington (4720 Augusta Rd, Lexington, SC 29073). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel of Lexington (4720 Augusta Rd, Lexington, SC 29073). A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209).
