We bid farewell to Phillip Whack of Charleston, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 26, 2025 at the age of 75. Phillip touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phillip touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Whack and Lillian Whack of Charleston; his children, Tyrell, Phillip, Thomas and Ravyn; and his siblings, Donna, Harold and Michael.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brookland Baptist Church (1066 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia, SC 29169). A burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
