He was predeceased by : his uncle William "Bill" Tart; and his close friends, Bernard Fleming and Josh Prine. He is survived by : his parents, Joseph Boyer, Sr. and Jacqueline Tart Boyer; his son Carson "Gage" Boyer; and his sister Jennifer Panas.
