She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Sease Shealy and Eunice Holley Shealy; her son Steven Andrew Gilmore; and her siblings, Ray Hammond Shealy and Betty Carol Liverman.
She is survived by: her husband John L. Gilmore; her grandchildren, Hunter Huggins (Delaney), Amanda Lanford (Martin) and Anna Gilmore; her great grandchild Jaxon Lanford; and her close friends, Cathy Huggins, Don, Frances Ackerman and Sue Smoak.
