He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver H. Luce and Maude Woodward Luce. He is survived by : his sons, Howard Benjamin "Benny" Luce, Jr. (Kathy) of Salem and Daniel "Danny" Luce of Salem; and his grandchildren, Melissa Getzoff (Dave), Chad Luce (Wendy), Gabe Luce (Julie), Sam Luce, Eric Suttles (Heather) and Anna Suttles. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
