It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Virginia Duke Jones of Westminster, South Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Johnny Dale Jones; her parents, William Patton and Pherna Reed Duke; her daughter Joni Jones Lentine; her brother Paul Duke; and her great grandchild Lachlan Tannery.
She is survived by : her children, Michael Jones (Vicki), Joyce Jones Barrett (Lee), Jacquelyn Jones Ansley (Jerry) and Kimberly Jones Lynch (Scott); her brothers, David Duke (Bea), Charles Duke (Connie) and William Duke; her grandchildren, Joseph Barrett (Katalyn), Jason Tannery (Mary), Macy Weaver (Patrick), Britton Bruno (Jonathan), Aaron Moses (Anna), Andrew Lynch (Mardita), Chase Simpson (Rachel), Chatham Jones and Anna Lynch; her great grandchildren, Carter Barrett, Matalyn Barrett, Sydney Barrett, Calhoun Tannery, Owen Tannery, Isaac Weaver, Carly Weaver, Grayden Bruno, Koda Moses, Khloe Moses, Aidyn Simpson, Ramsey Simpson, Eli Towe and Asher Jones; and her great great grandchild Emersyn-Jru Walker.
