She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Holden Nicholson; and her parents, David Robert Pitts Sr. and Ophelia Taylor Pitts. She is survived by: her daughters, Gina Pruitt and Renee Nicholson; and her siblings, David Pitts Jr. (Barbara), Brenda Scarbrough (Paul) and Audre Riley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakway United Wesleyan Church (6380 W Oak Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693). A burial was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
