He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallis Franklin Blume and Elizabeth Jane Ayer Blume; and his brother Walter Allen Blume. He is survived by : the mother of his children Shirley Marie Blume; his children, David Franklin Blume, Jr. of Williston, Dylan Noel Blume of Williston and Kayla Marie Blume of Aiken; his sister Betty Blume Chavis Bivens of Williston; and his grandchildren, Bryson Blume, Cage Blume and Everleigh Blume. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
