It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Leopard (Windsor, South Carolina), who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Millard Moore, Sr. and Peggy Elna Green Moore. She is survived by : her children, Jonathan "Jon" Leopard, Robert "Robbie" Leopard (Gail), Veronica McDougal and Angela D. Hancock; and her siblings, Richard Millard Moore, Jr. and Christine McGee. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
