He is survived by : his wife Teresa Elijah Duncan; his children, Eric Duncan (Judy), Cory Duncan, Brian Duncan and Amy Duncan; and his siblings, Murrel Duncan (Molly), Rev. Hilton Duncan of Huntsville, TN, Eugene Duncan of Huntsville, TN, James Duncan of Huntsville, TN, Johnny Shoopman (Linda) of Jellico, TN, Sharon Sutton of Knoxville, TN, Annette Owens (Donnie) of Jacksboro, TN, Debbie (Mark) and Vanessa Hicks (Kevin) of Oneida, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
