With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Esten Mincey (Winnsboro, South Carolina), who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Mincey and Trudy Herrington Mincey; and his brothers, A. J. and Bobby. He is survived by : his daughters, Dawn Byrd (Bill) and Dena Oxner (Michael); his grandsons, Landon Oxner, Ethan Byrd and Seth Oxner; his brother Charles Mincey (Helen); and his aunt Betty Jean Enloe. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
