She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Rudolph Surratt, Sr. and Lillian Louise Surratt; and her former life partner David D. Truesdale. She is survived by : her daughters, Tonya Mull (Ron) of Elgin and Nikki Carmack (Chris) of Blythewood; her grandchildren, Faith, Trinity Mull, Hadley and Gabe Carmack; her brothers, Bruce Miles of Blackstock and Kenneth Surratt of Chester; her fiancé Tommy Evans of Winnsboro; and her pets, Scooter and Sky.
