She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harrison Leonard and Mary Ethel Rhymer Welch; her grandmother Roxie; her husband Donald Elroy Collins, Sr.; her children, Jonathan Eric Collins, I (Melissa), Tammy Collins Bird (Trent) and Donna Jean Collins; her siblings, William "Billy" Welch, Richard Welch (Georgia), Jimmy Welch (Peggy), Paulette Cathcart and Sharon Wilson (Steve); her grandchildren, Amanda Owens, Jonathan Bird, Symantha Dattilo, Andrew Bird, Adam Ryan Owen Collins, Morgan Bedwell, Jonathan Eric Collins, II, Addyson Collins and Elijah Collins; her son Donald Elroy "Duckie" Collins, Jr.; and her siblings, Harry, Kenneth Welch and Mary Ann Shepard. She was also cherished by five great grandchildren.

For everyone's safety, social distancing will be implemented, and masks are required.
