He is survived by: his parent Annie Skinner Foster; his children, Wes Foster (Julie) of Blacksburg and Darlyne Perry (Dean) of Forest City, NC; his siblings, Thomas Earl Foster (Jane) of Woodruff, Wayne Foster (Liz) of South Lake, TX and Elizabeth Foster Morton of Greenville; his grandchildren, Justin Perry, Riley Foster and Lily Foster; and his sister-in-law Janice Foster of Woodruff.
