It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Moore (Woodruff, South Carolina), born in Union, South Carolina, who passed away on September 26, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loranze William and Mamie Elizabeth Steen Moore; and his brother Robert Franklin Moore. He is survived by: his wife Alice Ann Cox Moore; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Moore (Libba); his sister Sarah Moore Dover; and also, Everett C. Cox, Joseph S. Cox and Gwendolyn Cox Rankin.
