We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2019, Lela Meirose (Aberdeen, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis; her daughter Sandra; and her grandson Warren. She is survived by: her child Lela "Lea" Fay Meirose; her granddaughter Cindy Cotten of Sioux Falls; her great grandchildren, Sara Siefken (Daren) of Aberdeen, Lona Simon (Erik) of Huron, Brian Cotten (Roxy) of Watertown and Ryan Cotten of San Francisco, CA; and her great great grandchildren, Brianna, Abbie, Sophie, Noah Siefken of Aberdeen, Kenleigh, Declan, Ledger Simon of Huron, Brynn Lea and Braylee Jo Cotten of Watertown. She is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to First United Methodist Church, 502 S. Lincoln St, Aberdeen; Storybook Land (Wylie Park) in Aberdeen, Bethesda Towne Square Assisted Living, 1224 S. High St., Aberdeen or to an organization of the donor's choice.
