She is survived by: her spouse Henry W. Hoffman; her daughters, Sandra Jensen (Kevin) of Langford, SD and Marie Voegele (Kent) of Springboro, OH; her siblings, Millie Baumgartner of Dufur, OR and LaVern Hoff of Golden Valley, MN; and her grandchildren, Nicole Meidinger, Alicia Meidinger and Shane Voegele.
