He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fey and Bessie Fey (Lerew); his siblings, Nancy Fey, Jean Paul and Shirley (Richard); his great-nephew Greg Matheny; and his grandson Sam Richardson.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jan Irvine; his wife Donna Fliehe; his children, Lonny Fey of Ashton, Casey Fey (Malinda) of Ashton and Kerry Richardson of Rapid City; his stepchildren, Teresa Stoner of Gillette, WY, Kevin Herren (Brenda) of Aberdeen and Tracy Herren of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Laurietta Matheny and Bob Fey (Ann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
