It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Zoodsma of Ashton, South Dakota, born in Colville, Washington, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sid Zoodsma and Bea Zoodsma (West); and his sister Kaye Bliss. He is survived by: his uncle Harold; his wife Sandy Nelson; his daughters, Jolene Johnson (Sean) of Donnelly, ID and Renae Eddy (Robert) of Rapid City, SD; his brother Larry Zoodsma (JoAnn) of Colville, WA.; his grandchildren, Destinee Johnson of Boise, ID, Cierra Johnson of McCall, ID, Ansley, Tanner Eddy of Rapid City, SD and Auntie Marion Beardsley of Colville, WA; and his uncle Marion Zoodsma of Modesto, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
