He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kulhavy and Evelyn Kulhavy (Karel); his brother Warren Kulhavy; and his brother-in-law Clair Bitting. He is survived by: his wife Mary Robinson; his sister Joanne Bitting of Belvidere; his sibling's children, Kolette Struble of Belvidere, Kim Kulhavy of Kentucky, Dan Kulhavy of Tennessee, Bill Kulhavy of Oregon and Curtis Bitting of Philip; and his sister-in-law Arlene Kulhavy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
