He is survived by : his spouse Vondalee Pattison; his children, Kevin (Stacy) of North Prairie, WI, Kimberly Breunig of Trevor, WI and Kristine of Waukesha, WI.; his grandchildren, Amanda Pliss, Jacob Bickett, Samantha Breunig and Kyle Breunig; and his siblings, Agnes DeWitte of Kingman, AZ, Barb Valentine of Sunbird, AZ, Ed Bickett of Klamath Falls, OR and James Bickett (Mack) of Sunbird, AZ..
