He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Hoffman (Wortman); his daughter Tea Hoffman of Black Hawk; his sisters, Julie Larson (Doug) and Jill Mohr (Ryan); his siblings' children, Josh Larson, Trevor Larson, Shauna Larson and Skylar Mohr; and his great-niece Sophia Larson of Aberdeen.
