She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Cusack and Florence Cusack; her brother Charlie Cusack; and her nephew Eddie Cusack. She is survived by : her husband LaDell Goodroad; her daughter Jennifer Zobel (Robert) of Springfield, MO; and her grandsons, Josh Kasak (Ashlee) and Austin Zobel of Springfield, MO.. She is also survived by four brothers-in-law and 4 sisters-in law; as well as several nieces and nephews.
