We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2020, at the age of 94, Maryellen Blake in Centerville, South Dakota, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William Daggett and Francis Daggett (Bernard); her former life partner Delvin Soden; her spouse Ordell Blake; her daughter Cheryl Stevens (David) of Centerville, SD; her stepchildren, Lonnie Blake (Leslie) of Corpus Christi, TX, Kennard Blake (Patricia) and Kathy Thomson (Jim); her grandchildren, Mike and Deb; her sister Lucille Austin of Las Vegas, NV; and her close friends, Eldon and Charlotte Smit. She was also cherished by four great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren, eighteen step-great-grandchildren.

The family will be present to greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 Tuesday evening at Miller Southside Chapel, 7400 S. Minnesota Avenue (85th and Minnesota across from Landscape Gardens.) Due to the pandemic, the funeral service will be private.
