It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fay E. Bice (Chamberlain, South Dakota), who passed away on September 6, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ben Sloat and Alma Sloat; her husband Stanley E. Bice; her sons, Stan, Bice Drilling, David Bice of Oacoma, SD and Sam Bice (Faye) of Rapid City; her grandsons, Joel Bice (Blair) of Rapid City and Kyle Bice of Rapid City; her great grandchild Ellie Bice; her siblings, Veda Mueller and Gene Sloat; and her niece Gail Larson.
