He is survived by : his spouse Sharon Wall; his children, Dale of Watertown and Kristi Muffat (Shawn); his grandchildren, Miranda Mack and Seth Muffat; his close friend Whitney Dungey; his great grandchild Olivia Muffat; his siblings, Carol Larrington (Bob) of Gettysburg, Jerry Mack of Waukee, IA, Lenny Mack (Katie) of Watertown, Judee Chmura of Omaha, NE, Rhonda Engels of Spanaway, WA and Todd Mack (Anne) of Omaha, NE.; his brother-in-law Jerome Kuhn of Omaha, NE; and also, Greg Kuhn, Randy Hegstrom, Stacey Calby, Lynelle Schramm, Jeff Schnackenberg and Jordan Mack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
