She was predeceased by : her parents, Reinhold Golz and Frances Golz (Manthey); her son James Duncan; her brothers, Roland and Harold Golz; and her siblings-in-law, Cliff Tromburg and Midge Golz (Don Peterson).

She is survived by : her former life partner Leo Duncan; her husband Donald Peterson; her children, Steven Duncan of Webster, WI, Janet Quast (Vince) of Chaska, MN, Donald Duncan (Michele) of Chaska, MN and Susan Foster of Clark; her daughter-in-law Arlene Duncan of Oconto Falls; her siblings, Vera Tromburg of Virginia, MN, Arnold Golz of Oakland, CA and Mildred Hopkins (Rod) of Webster, WI.; and the father of her children Leo Duncan of Wisconsin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, a great-great grandson.
