He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Wally, Katherine Campbell, Harold, Verna Lamb, Alfred, Mabel Warkenthien, Victor and Selma Froke; his grandfathers, Darrell Warkenthien and Myron Lamb; and his stepgrandfather Bob Harding.
He is survived by: his parent Carol Warkenthien (Lamb); his parent David Warkenthien; his sibling Sarah Zaug (Eric); his nieces and nephews, Braedon, Avery and Laura Asmussen (Brock); his granddaughter Makenna; his grandmothers, Carolyn Warkenthien Harding of Clark and Joyce Lamb of Clark; his pets, Axen and Gracie; and also Makenna. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
Michael had a motto he lived by; "LIVE LIFE NO REGRETS" In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Clark Area Community Foundation or the Warriors Never Give Up project.
