He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Parkinson and Lillie Parkinson (Silvious); and his grandson Tyler Mertz. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Parkinson (Shivley); his children, Teffanie Mertz (Adam), Guy Parkinson (Kelly) of Watertown, Levi Parkinson of Hedgesville and Colton Parkinson (Cynthia) of Clear Lake; and his siblings, Peggy Spiker (Stewart) of Pikeside, Nancy Waldron (David) of Marion and Frank Parkinson (Latisha) of Bunker Hill. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
All are welcome and family requests no flowers for the service.
