He is survived by: his wife Sharon Schmidt of Clear Lake, SD; his children, Valerie Sherman (Doug) of Winner, SD, Ronda Kvigne (Joseph) of Dell Rapids, SD, Landon Prins (Michelle) of Clear Lake, SD, Jordon Prins (Candace) of Clear Lake, SD and Britney Stohr (Jason); his grandchildren, Trent Sherman (Bethany) of Farmington, MN, Todd Sherman (Meghan) of Chaska, MN, Tawny Heiser (Tanner) of Watertown, SD, Ryan Sherman (Crystal) of Flandreau, SD, Rachel Secker (Logen) of Eureka, SD, Trudy Hoffman (Brett) of Danvers, MN, Merritt Kvigne, Katherine Kvigne of Dell Rapids, SD, Ethan Prins, Taylor Prins, Owen Prins of Clear Lake, SD, Grace Baker, Gary Prins, Gavin Prins, Lillian Prins and Faith Prins; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Schmidt (Patsy) and Richard Schmidt (Melanie) of Watertown. He is also survived by his five children, and his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
