With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Berniece Mahan of Custer, South Dakota, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Raschka and Lily Raschka (Scruggs); and her children, Brian and Teddi. She is survived by : her daughter Fawne Plummer of Carrollton, TX; and her son-in-law Dan Essink of Deadwood, SD. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
