He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Ellen (Wellman) and Ernest Herbaugh; and his brothers, Gary and Roger. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Ann Finck; his daughters, Christi Hoof of Rapid City and Heather Herbaugh of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Malyki of Rapid City, Rayshaun of Rapid City, Aneesya of Rapid City and Ahlivya of Rapid City; and his siblings, Fred Herbaugh of Murdo, Loren Herbaugh of Vivian and Starla Brown (Bill) of Kadoka. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
